Ingredients:
1. Pour one cup water into a medium-size bowl.
2. Place a half-cup unpeeled almonds into the water. Allow the almonds to soak overnight.
3. Remove the almonds from the water and dry them with a paper towel.
4. Peel the almonds and place them into a coffee grinder or small food processor.
5. Grind the almonds for 30-second intervals until they become a fine paste.
6. Pour a quarter-cup almond paste, two tablespoons lemon juice, one teaspoon honey and one cup plain yogurt into a medium-size bowl.
7. Mix the ingredients together until all the ingredients are well-incorporated.
8. Apply the cream to any affected area on the body before bed.
